2019-2020 CLASSROOM EXPECTATIONS
Respect yourself and others enough to participate in all classroom activities and assignments without complaining or causing a problem for you or for others.
If you cause a problem for you or for others, there will be consequences.
They may be different even though the problems seem similar.
Please follow these classroom procedures.
ASSESSMENT: All points earned in class will make up the total for each grading period.

All portions of this policy will remain in effect for the entire 2019-2020 school year unless notification of change is given in writing.

2019-2020 CLASSROOM EXPECTATIONS
Respect yourself and others enough to participate in all classroom activities and assignments without complaining or causing a problem for you or for others.

Please follow these classroom procedures.
- Be in your seat with your classroom folder and quiet before the tardy bell rings. After the bell, you must have a pass from the office or another teacher or 2 points will be deducted on MTWTh and 1 point will be deducted on F. (Restroom break will be excused occasionally.)
- Cell phones, headphones, or personal electronic devices are not allowed in class.
- Do not bring gum, food, or drinks to class. Water in a clear bottle with a lid is ok.
- Have a sharpened pencil in your classroom folder at all times. 5 points will be deducted for each written assignment that is completed in ink.
- Acceptable noise levels; 0-absence of sound, 1-you and another person, 2-small group,
- Do not ask to leave class unless you are ill or in need of the school nurse.

- Classroom Behavior/Participation: 10 points/week (Follow classroom expectations). MTWTh=4 points each, F=2 points.
- Assignments: Reading assignments, worksheets, writings, activities, quizzes, projects, and tests.
- Make-up Work: To be determined according to the reason for the absence.
